The previous year was a roller coaster ride for many of us not only amidst the COVID-19, but also there were many challenges faced by Individuals. One of these challenges prevailed around the pandemic was shift in the world of jobs. Hence, as the work from home culture is spreading, the use of more such applications will be required, and the demands of cloud computing would be at an increase.

Health Care: - Healthcare workers such as Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacologists, have also played a major role in the health care. In the times of pandemic, they have been working day in and out to provide proper health and treatment to their patients. However, apart from the frontline workers, health care industry has also seen a tremendous increase in medical equipments and machinery.

Mental Health: - Since pandemic lead to outbreak of lockdown, and layoff’s which in turn lead to difficulties in interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship, stress, depression, anxiety. People have started visiting or consulting to Mental Health workers for getting back to their well-being.

Digital Payment: - During the period of lockdown, and subsequent months, people avoid going to the market, and dealing with cash can be difficult most of the times. Hence, people started using digital payments such as Google Pay, Paytm, and UPI. Digital Payments have now made an easy access for people around, and has seen drastic demands. Thus, creating a huge market for the same.

Research: - With the coming of COVID, many research institutes started understanding the impact of the virus, and creating the Vaccine. Hence, the field of research has created a huge impact leading to several opportunities.

Although, these careers has created a huge impact and has plenty of job opportunities in the market. However, it is important that one should be mindful about the soft skills, which are necessary for the growth and development in the career. Following are the soft skills one should have:-

• - Motivation

Hence, there is a huge market for the above careers. One must have desired motivation, and zeal to work on the same, and achieve their goals. Yes, there were bad times when news of layoffs and shutting down of industries hit the world, but still there is plethora of opportunities. One needs to identify their interests, and aptitude for availing these options.
